All bookings are subject to room availability. A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment and issuance of a booking reference number.

🔄 Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your booking at any time. The refund on your advance payment is handled directly by our reception team and is discussed based on the timing of your cancellation and the amount paid.
💰 How Refunds Work
Refund amounts depend on:
- How much advance was paid
- How early you cancel before your check-in date
- Current occupancy and season
